Frustration is the last thing you want while putting together your blog. I have found the cure for myself and I am going to share it with you.
When I first started blogging I researched for a platform, found I liked WordPress but then discovered that having a “Theme” would help me start blogging rather than messing with the WordPress special coding.
Then I searched for Themes, I looked at so many that were for a specific look but I’m unique, I didn’t want exactly their “look.”
I found a theme that let me control the “look and feel” of my blogs. I have over 12 blogs and some look totally different than others. They are all using the Thesis Theme for WordPress.
The Thesis Theme for WordPress is great if you want to make money setting up blogs for clients, customers and friends.
On some of my blogs I wanted to push what I could do, that is where the frustration came in. I’ve done coding, I’ve made web sites, I can even still write HTML code by hand. But I hate always having to learn new stuff without any help.
When I bought the Thesis Theme, I learned about their Support Forum. WOW, this is a fantastic resource for ALL things blog.
I’ve had lots of my questions answered for setting up, running and promoting my blogs that now this is the first place I go for research.
The Thesis Theme has Superior Support, it’s a bloggers support group.
I’ll go into the forum and use the search to answer 90% of my questions. Most of the time my question has already been asked and I get my answer immediately. This is a great forum to just “lurk” in.
I’ve also had to ask questions and have always gotten help. I’ve even answered others questions and have posted about special tools that make blogging easier. Here is one I wrote on CSS and using Firefox. Wow, over 3,000 Views to my post, cool.
